We’ve tested EstatePad using 3,000 active contacts and we’d consider this the absolute upper limit for the number of contacts you should be managing in EstatePad. A more realistic limit would be around the 500 mark. If you’re trying to actively manage more then 500 contacts at any one time then you’ll probably find yourself a little overloaded, you’ll have too many tasks being generated and it’s going to be hard to stay personal with all those people. Don’t be afraid to delete contacts, or maybe assign them a category such as “Out of Market”. Remember that EstatePad isn’t suppose to be a data store of everyone that you’ve ever met, it’s designed to help you keep in touch with the people who are going to make you money.
